- Payout will be no later than 30 days after resident referral has moved into Community and stayed 30 days.
- Persons claiming a referral promotion will be required to provide certain information (name, address, social security number) for accounting and tax purposes before any payment may be made.
- Community must report any monies received by a single individual in a single year over $600 to the IRS and the state Department of Revenue. For any amounts $600 or more, a 1099-NEC will be sent to the recipient.
